We are excited that you are taking advantage of our personalized service. Creating your customized design will be a reflection of the style of your space. Not only will your custom arrangement enhance your space … but, it will bring some drama as well. With our custom service you will experience and receive the following:

1. Phone/Video or in person consultation (Local included only Travel may require additional fees.

2. Detailed PDF proposal with flower options, container options and a color scheme.

3. Digital mocking of the flower arrangement- to give you a visual of what your design potentially will look like.

4. 3 Revisions - Our goal is to understand your vision so that we are able to captivate your design style/vision within 2 designs revisions.

Professional rendering offered for additional costs.

Once a decision is final, payment is collected and we will move on to curating your design. This process will take 3 - 4 weeks.

This fee is not refundable. ½ of this fee will be applied to your custom design once finalized. Partial fee is not applied to future orders. Partial fee credit is only applicable to immediate custom orders.
