What to expect

Concept phase: Within a few days we send sketches, moodboards, and material samples so you can see the direction. Expect clear images and notes on textures, foliage choices, and scale so you know exactly what you’re approving.
Refine together: You get two rounds of adjustments included. Swap colors, tweak scale, change containers, or mix in a statement piece—this is the moment to make it perfect.
Build and style: Once the design is approved, we handcraft your arrangement(s) with premium faux blooms, lifelike foliage, and carefully selected vessels. We focus on realistic texture, believable stems, and construction that holds up to daily life.
Delivery & install: We schedule delivery and, if requested, professional installation. We’ll leave everything positioned and fluffed so it looks photographed-for-a-magazine right away. If you prefer DIY, we’ll pack clear staging tips so you can place pieces like a pro.
Final touches: After installation we check in to make sure you love the look. If anything needs a tiny tweak, we’ll help make it right.
Timeline
From approval of the final design, the whole process typically takes 3–4 weeks. This gives us time to handcraft components, source specialty elements if needed, and perfect the styling. Rush options may be available for an additional fee.
